A Legal Disclaimer
1.
Appointments & Bookings
● All treatments are by appointment only. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on
availability.
● A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
● We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments if necessary.
2.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
● Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your booking.
● Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in loss
of deposit or a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
3.
Late Arrivals
● Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to avoid delaying other clients.
● If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to cancel or reschedule your
appointment and treat it as a no-show.
4.
Health & Medical Conditions
● Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your
treatment.
● If you are pregnant, nursing, have had recent surgery, or are on medication, certain
treatments may not be suitable.
● We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it may pose a health risk.
5.
Hygiene & Conduct
● We maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
● Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. Any
inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session with no
refund.
6.
Children & Guests
● Due to safety and to maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that no children or
additional guests accompany you unless discussed prior.
7.
Refund Policy
● We do not offer refunds for completed treatments.
● If you are dissatisfied with a service, please raise it during or immediately after your
treatment so we can address it.
8.
Photos & Promotion
● With your consent, we may take before/after photos for promotional purposes.
● No images will be used without your written or verbal permission.
9.
Liability Waiver
● By receiving a service, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with the
treatment.
● Eden Hammam and Spa, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any adverse reactions,
injuries, or complications arising from services received.
10.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including if a client is rude, abusive,under the influence, or poses a risk to themselves or others.
